CONSTRUCTION
1. Pre-construction preparation
Put down the hopper (15) and place it where the line is to be
marked.
Loosen the positioning screw (20), align the pointer(24) with the
reference line, tighten the positioning screw (20), and then adjust
the arrow height adjustment screw (22) .
Put the gas bottle into the frame of the road marking machine, and
connect gas pressure reducing valve(6) to the gas bottle. After
igniting the ignition rod, align the spitfire head of the hopper
with the ignition head of the ignition rod (14), and then open the
ignition head valve (9)to ignite the hopper....
Pour the paint to the barrel, put glass bead to the glass bead tank
and open the glass bead valve(7) to let the glass bead flow into
the glass bead dispenser.
2. Road Marking
Align the pointer(24) of the machine with the reference line and
turn the rear wheel positioning lever (11) with your feet to
position the rear wheel. Lower the hopper (15)and press the handle
(3) to put the paint from the barrel through the channel (12) into
the hopper (15) . Then press the handle (5) . Open glass bead
switch handle (1).
3. End of Construction
Discharge the remaining material in the barrel and close all gas
valves.
Clean up the paint in the hopper.
